When the Ocean Pals 18 x 24 inch size Poster Contest was first conceived in 1986, A network of New York area teachers and several educational groups worldwide came together at the annual Beneath the Sea exhibition.

Adults over 18 may join on behalf of younger Ocean Pals. There is No charge. All we ask is that you fill out a registration form and agree to receive Ocean Pals updates by e-mail that explains our new lesson plan content and author participation.
